What you'll learn
Develop the practical skills needed to use The Solihull Approach in your daily work through the Solihull Approach trainings. This is an overarching thinking model and not an intervention, so can support thinking with any work or training such as:
Watch, Wait and Wonder
New Born Observation
Circle of Security
... and more
7 CPD points apply for each day of training.
Become a parent group facilitator
The optional Day 3 will qualify you as a parent group session facilitator. You will learn more than how to successfully facilitate a group. In this day you will have the opportunity to consolidate the learning from the 2 Day Foundations training and develop your Solihull Approach thinking and language. Those who completed the Group Facilitator training day in Australia, are more likely to still be incorporating the Solihull Approach knowledge into everyday clinical practice … up to two years later, than those who completed the 2 Day Foundations training only.
You can choose from a range of different parent groups you facilitate, once trained.
